Blockchain Engineering Leader
The Blockchain Engineering Manager position requires a seasoned leader to guide and mentor engineers responsible for driving execution, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture.
* Lead, coach, and mentor engineers across multiple technical domains to drive team growth and improvement.
* Establish a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.

* Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building a skilled team to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
* Collaborate with the CTO and Product Manager to translate product roadmaps into actionable engineering plans.
* Manage delivery timelines, resources, and technical dependencies to ensure timely releases and minimize risk.
* Identify and mitigate blockers to ensure team productivity and alignment.
Requirements:
* Strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field.
* 7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
* Knowledge of blockchain technology and familiarity with Ethereum and other blockchains is desired.
* Software engineering background in frontend and backend services development.
* Familiarity with microservice architecture and cloud-based deployments.
* Experience with modern software development practices such as infrastructure as code, test automation, CI/CD, and containerization.
