Overview
Apply for a hybrid full-time position located in Cajati, SP, with additional locations in Paranagua, PR, Fospar Paranagua, PR, and Rio Grande, RS. The position is open until August 13, 2025, with a job requisition ID of 59872.
Responsibilities
Provide reliability assessments for plant projects to ensure best practices and desired plant availability.
Identify functional failures and proactive maintenance needs, developing preventive (PM) and predictive (PdM) maintenance plans.
Coordinate all PdM contracts within the unit.
Train maintenance teams on updates in predictive maintenance techniques.
Optimize inventory by evaluating spare parts lists, reviewing stock for critical assets, and managing obsolete inventory.
Review and improve procedures and practices to meet corporate standards.
Analyze problematic assets, develop action plans to optimize asset condition, improve health, and reduce maintenance costs.
Develop improvements to increase product quality, safety, and environmental control.
Manage the RCA action plan for the unit.
Update and enhance PdM programs based on condition assessments.
Monitor and apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology to recurring failures and incidents.
Use RCM and FMEA methodologies to determine maintenance requirements, understand failure modes, and assess risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Knowledge in reliability studies (RCM, FMEA, LDA, Weibull) - Essential.
Skills in predictive techniques (Vibration, Ultrasonography, Thermography, Oil analysis).
Advanced SAP ERP maintenance module knowledge.
Experience in Maintenance and Reliability.
Valid B category driver’s license.
Availability for short trips.
Differential Skills
Postgraduate in Maintenance Engineering and/or Reliability Engineering.
Specialist certification in Reliability.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, in-office.
