UI/UX Designer Job
Job Description:
* We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our SaaS product.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user interfaces for web-based applications, as well as strong skills in visual design and interaction design.
* They should also be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
This is a part-time role that requires flexibility and autonomy. The successful candidate will be working closely with our product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
The role involves designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products. Additionally, you will improve usability and visual consistency across the platform, collaborate with product managers and engineers, apply UX thinking to simplify complex interfaces, maintain and evolve design systems, and incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
You will work independently and manage priorities in a remote setup. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to clearly convey design decisions in English.
A solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design is required. Advanced proficiency in Figma is necessary, and experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups is highly desirable.
Nice to Have Skills:
* Graphic design skills to support marketing content and visual assets.
* Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.

* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms.
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma.
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
