We are looking for an Ivanti ITSM Specialist to take over the managed support and administration of an existing Ivanti environment. The main goal is to ensure platform stability, manage day-to-day operations, and support the ITSM application while parallel assessments are running. Key Responsibilities Platform Administration: Handle day-to-day configuration and maintenance of the Ivanti ITSM platform. Queue Management: Manage incident and request queues, performing triage and ensuring timely resolution. User Management: Administer users, groups, and maintain the service catalog. Reporting: Generate and maintain dashboards and operational reports as needed. Maintenance & Support: Provide minor enhancements and break-fix support to ensure \"nothing stops, nothing breaks.\" Vendor Liaison: Act as the point of contact with Ivanti vendors for technical escalations. Technical Requirements (Must-haves) Experience: Proven experience administering Ivanti Service Management (ISM) or Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. ITSM Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes (Incident, Request, Change management). Reporting: Ability to run and customize reports within the Ivanti environment. Soft Skills: Proactive \"keep the lights on\" mindset, ability to work independently, and clear communication.
