Junior Project Manager

We're seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Operations Team. This role involves supporting research projects from kick-off through delivery—tracking timelines, costs, and participant engagement—to enable our customers to build the next generation of technology.
This position requires coordinating with the Operations manager, UX researchers, and customers to develop project plans that meet client requirements, timelines, and business goals. You'll also attend virtual client meetings, provide concise email updates on project status, and track budgets, costs, and timelines using Google Sheets or similar tools.
You'll work independently in a distributed, rapidly changing environment and contribute ideas to improve internal processes and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project plans with stakeholders to meet client requirements and business goals.
* Attend virtual client meetings and provide regular project updates.
* Track project timelines, costs, and budgets using project management tools.
* Guide research project team members to keep tasks on track and aligned with study objectives.
* Monitor study execution to ensure high-quality data is collected and stored accurately.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
