Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain ServiceNow IRM solutions and workflows
* Configure data models, approvals, notifications, and role-based access controls
* Automate compliance processes using Flow Designer and workflows
* Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for compliance monitoring
* Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, architects, and development teams
* Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing
Requirements:
* 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript, integrations, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer
* Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules is highly preferred
* Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus
* Strong English communication skills and experience working in agile teams
