Job Title
A Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, interpreting requirements, and leading teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Develop project management decisions, governance, and long-term vision.
2. Analysis: Analyze divisional business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables organized as executive milestones.
3. Expertise: Develop expert knowledge of platform systems and help define 'to-be' system solutions and flows.
4. Infrastructure Requirements: Understand infrastructure requirements and deployment of solutions for on-prem and cloud computing service models.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify key insights and apply them to the business; quantitative and qualitative analysis.
6. Team Coordination: Ensure coordination of teams to drive timely completion of deliverables of large projects.
7. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and financials, including resource allocations supporting a project's schedule.
8. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define and provide KPIs and metrics for assigned projects.
9. Stakeholder Communication: Interact closely with stakeholders and vendors and provide communications to executive management.
10. Troubleshooting: Operationally troubleshoot or lead the troubleshooting of complex issues.
11. Compliance: Proactively ensure compliance with expected quality.
12. Organizational Change Management: Responsible for project-related organizational change management including communications, training, and adoption.
13. Technical Knowledge: General understanding of infrastructure requirements to deploy solutions for storage, middleware, DB, voice specifics, and network.
14. Process Definition: Definition, implementation, and adoption of processes.
Requirements:
15. English Language Proficiency: Advanced English language proficiency (mandatory).
16. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and solid experience in project/program management.
17. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects. Project Management Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred.
18. Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable speaking and writing interacting with C-level audiences, as well as technical and non-technical audiences.
19. Business Acumen: Strong orientation to user-base, including ability to understand needs and apply this knowledge to product enhancements, online user experience, and communication content.
20. Product and Project Management: Product and project management skills; business judgment, including ability to balance resources, evaluate and address risks, and concisely articulate where trade-off decisions are to be made.
