The role
Deel IT is redefining how organizations oversee their remote and hybrid workplaces. This is an opportunity to be part of a pioneering tech startup that offers best-in-breed SaaS solutions for deployment and lifecycle management of Office and IT equipment worldwide.
We are scaling up our IT offerings to provide dedicated, round-the-clock support every day of the year. From MDM to device pre-configuration, our premium customer experience is disrupting the MSP industry. If you're ready for the challenge, we're expanding our talented team with ambitious growth targets over the next two years.
Requirements:
* Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel IT’s services growth objectives.
* Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.
* Build, develop, and enhance Hofy's device management services for global sale and our IT services offering.
* Lead technical support for our Sales team, key stakeholders, and customer base.
* Manage, deploy, configure, and refresh devices at Deel.

What you need to succeed:
This role suits someone with keen IT interests and experience, looking to combine their skills. You will be a great fit if you have:
* Significant experience managing Mac & Windows estates.
* Experience in L2/L3 Support.
* Strong experience with MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
* Experience with application packaging and deployment for Mac & Windows.
* Good knowledge of IT security.
* Experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH, & Powershell.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
* Previous experience supporting internal and third-party customers, including pre/post sales support is a bonus.
