* Provide technical assistance to customers via remote means
* Focus on Americas-based customers including translation assistance for Latin America
* Manage customer-reported problems based on severity and impact
* Diagnose complex technical issues and create test scenarios on various platforms
* Identify potential product defects
* Deliver accurate solutions in a timely manner

Key Requirements:
Cloud Technology: Experience with cloud infrastructure and services
Linux/Unix Operating Systems: Proficiency in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Unix systems
Network Traces: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network issues using trace logs
Java Thread Dumps: Experience with Java thread dump analysis and resolution
Ldap: Knowledge of LDAP directory services and configuration
J2ee Stack: Familiarity with J2EE application servers and deployment
Docker: Experience with containerization using Docker
Xml: Knowledge of XML schema and document structure
Json: Familiarity with JSON data format and parsing
Rest Api's: Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
Kubernetes: Knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes
Java Programming: Proficiency in Java programming language
Html/Css/Js Frameworks: Familiarity with front-end web development frameworks
Websphere Application Server: Experience with WebSphere application server administration
