Grupo FAN, with over 60 years of experience, seeks an Inside Sales Marketing Manager to lead its marketing, SDR, and BDR teams in the financial division, FAN Capital.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop marketing, SDR, and BDR teams, ensuring tactical alignment and talent development.
* Promote and reinforce a culture of innovation, agility, proximity and trust, enhancing the customer experience as a competitive advantage.
* Define standards, processes, and policies for the area, ensuring adherence to the inside‑sales playbook and institutional practices.
* Manage the inside‑sales team, conduct weekly performance meetings, and guide them to reach targets.
* Select and manage strategic partners and suppliers to add value aligned with the marketing plan.
* Plan and monitor participation in events, fairs, and exhibitions to position the company and generate strategic opportunities.
* Structure the Marketing Plan, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest ROI and strengthen the brand.
* Define the customer journey and CRM strategies, prioritizing actions that increase engagement, loyalty and strategic value.
* Collaborate with market intelligence on trends, customer behavior and competition positioning.
* Prioritize and approve pre‑sales initiatives and coach the team on high‑impact actions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing or related field; postgraduate degree required.
* Strong experience in marketing, inside sales, CRM management, sales funnel and customer journey.
* Experience leading people and/or projects.
* Knowledge of financial and credit products for businesses.
