Job Title: Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled IDP specialist to deliver end-to-end solutions. As an expert in extracting insights from documents, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design efficient extraction strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business needs to define extraction feasibility and development effort.
* Design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, and workflow orchestration.
* Build and manage workflows for validation and human-in-the-loop activities.
* Conduct testing and quality assurance of extraction models.
* Fine-tune classifiers and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end.
* Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, such as rules, NLP, and deep learning.
* Experience designing and architecting IDP solutions and workflows.
* Familiarity with IDP tools like UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/Tungsten, Amazon Textract, and Google Document AI.
* Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.
* Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
