Account Manager - English Fluency Required
As a highly skilled Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and success of marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
* Effective Communication: Liaise with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication.
* Client Meetings: Lead discussions on results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals.
* Client Success Ownership: Take charge of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure their campaigns succeed beyond expectations.
* Support for Media Buyers: Provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs.
* Portfolio growth : work on creating a good relationship with the clients in order to grow their portfolio with us via upsells
* Client retention : One of the main responsibilities for this role is to ensure client's satisfaction so he keeps working with us.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
* +1 years as an Account Manager in agencies demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction and having experience working with at least 10 accounts
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building prowess, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all client needs are met timely.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Fluency in English, capable of leading client meetings and discussions with ease.
