About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Social Media accounts, engaging with the tech and startup community, and driving social selling efforts.
* Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase our client base

* Generate own leads through business development and sales efforts
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environments. They should possess fluency in English, both written and spoken, as well as a proactive and solution-oriented mentality. Strong analytical skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and identify business opportunities are essential. The role requires ambition to stay and grow with the company long-term, expanding our client base, and a flare for sales and negotiation.
Requirements:

* Experience and network in the HR/Recruiting Industry
