Job Overview
The Training Coordinator position requires a professional to deliver exceptional service to clients in Frankfurt.
As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for coordinating training session delivery and overseeing all related activities.
You will work closely with the client's learning delivery team to ensure adherence to workflow and processes using a CRM tool.
* Analyze client-provided training needs and determine the number of sessions required.
* Manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for changes or updates in training events or programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality service to clients in Frankfurt.
* Coordinate training sessions and oversee related activities.
* Work with the client's learning delivery team to ensure adherence to workflow and processes.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented approach.
* Team player.
* Effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or other LMS systems.
* Fluent English language proficiency.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
