The role of this analyst is to drive the global procurement team in achieving the targets set by top management and to measure team performance. You will be responsible for the tools and processes that support the global team.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
* Consolidating the results of all the regions to report to the top management;
* Auditing the business cases for key cost-savings initiatives, to assure achievable outcomes, and double-checking the results after their implementation;
* Creating BI tools to better audit the results, improve the forecast;
* Design solutions, in partnership with Regional Analysts, develop processes and tools that support the team and leadership across 25+ global plants.
Requisitos e qualificações
* Degree in Engineering, related field;
* Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.
* Fluency in English for presentations and cross-country meetings.
Desirable Requirements
* Professional experience in controlling;
* Ability to prioritize effectively amid multiple concurrent projects;
* Knowledge of programming and BI tools like QlikSense or PowerBI;
* Relevant experience with project management;
* Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP.
