This is a senior management role that requires experience in managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams. The successful candidate will have proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.
The position involves overseeing all resources to ensure productivity and quality, managing the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management, monitoring attrition rates and implementing proactive retention strategies, and driving employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and structured feedback channels.
The Regional Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing and scaling tech operations and delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery, providing credible oversight in technical discussions with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across regions, and acting as the primary liaison for client needs, service delivery, and customer success.
