* Prior hands-on development or coding experience, with expertise in Microsoft DevOps and Agile metrics
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in managing project budgets over $1M, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope
* Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts
