About the Opportunity
Downtown is looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Analyst to support our marketing leadership across three core fronts: repeat clients, referrals and new client acquisition.
This is a content-first role. We’re looking for someone highly production-oriented and genuinely content-obsessed, someone who takes one idea and immediately sees multiple formats, narratives and distribution paths. You’ll experiment with new formats, build clear storylines and actively repurpose content across channels.
Working closely with leadership, you'll transform technical knowledge into clear, high-quality content, ensuring it remains evergreen, scalable and performance-driven through continuous testing, distribution and optimization.

What you’ll do
1.Content & channels
* Produce and distribute content across priority channels (LinkedIn, email, website, blog and future channels)
* Write copy, adapt templates, collaborate on visuals and test new formats
* Coordinate editorial calendar, approvals and publishing
2.Growth, education & sales support
* Create rich content (cases, guides, studies, infographics) to educate architects and drive inbound demand
* Support sales with enablement materials and educational assets
* Help build Downtown’s educational and thought leadership initiatives
3.Optimization & consistency
* Ensure content is evergreen, performance-driven and SEO-friendly
* Track results, test improvements and iterate
* Support brand consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
Must-haves
* Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). You should be able to confidently read, write and communicate verbally in English in a professional context.
* Strong writing and content creation skills
* Hands-on execution mindset with high autonomy, curiosity and ownership
* Ability to think in formats, distribution and repurposing and not just write and post
* Comfortable working with multiple channels and priorities without losing consistency
* Experience with content marketing or B2B communication
Nice-to-haves
* Experience with SEO, content optimization or marketing automation
* Experience in technical, engineering or architecture-related industries
