Training Operations Specialist
This role supports our clients in Frankfurt and involves coordinating training session delivery with local stakeholders.
As a key team member, you will report to the training operations manager and master all activities within the service.
Key responsibilities include analyzing client-provided training needs, determining the number of sessions required, initiating and managing requests for session creation and modification, organizing training sessions, calibrating with the international team, supporting completion of training activities, and following workflow processes using the CRM tool.
Requirements include 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, high-level understanding of the training landscape, customer service-oriented posture, teamwork, clear and concise communication, attention to detail, structured and organized approach, ability to prioritize activities, knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM, Cornerstone or other LMS, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
