Data Scientist Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to structure complex problems methodically.
* Model techniques and experimental validation to deliver results.
* Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Design robust, scalable APIs, handle auth & versioning.
* Extract insights from data to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Big Data (Spark, cloud storage, Big Query, etc.), statistical analysis, design ML systems, evaluate trade-offs, and lead innovation with GenAI, custom model development.
Key qualifications include:
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
* Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
