Team Description

The Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) LATAM Transformation Team provides consolidated project and transformation services to Operations across Latin America. At a key moment in the business growth plan. The key objective of the team is to provide an exceptional level of Project service mixed with innovative solutions for Operations to lead the change agenda across LATAM.

The teams scope is wide, and growing, covering all CIB Operations in LATAM and key partnerships with Technology, Operations and Global Transformation teams, in efforts to drive, influence and lead Business, Platform, Regulatory, AI and Strategic change driven by value.

The team has responsibility for managing all Operational aspects of projects including contribution to solutions, collecting operational requirements. The team also develops digital automation & data visualization tools including Robotics, Alteryx, and Tableau through global programs and local SME development, our team delivers increased controls and client experience as well as efficiencies for the region.
Role Description

As the Regional Digital Solutions lead you will develop a team and the wider business operations community in Automations and Data and Robotics. Your role will be to develop, govern, manage and execute innovative solutions whilst developing data driven and compelling stories to improve client experience and our operational footprint. You and the team will execute deep dives in pursuit of innovation and operational excellence. To execute the above agenda, you will use a combination of project management skills, change adoption and communication to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:
As the digital solutions leads within the LATAM Transformation team, you will:

- Drive the development and execution of the digital solutions agenda across the team and the wider Operations community in LATAM
- Develop and drive partnerships with innovation teams globally in pursuit of executing change using Automation and robotics regionally.
- Deliver solutions using data and analytics through process reviews supporting Middle Office & Back Office system change.
- Act as coordinator between technology, the business, and operations teams to meet project objectives, ensuring they are valued, communicated and executed.
- Conduct deep dives into operational processes to develop data driven stories, design workflows and visualization tools in support of operational excellence.
- Execute and coordinate the development and testing of new Intelligent automation using firmwide tools such as Alteryx, UI Path, Xceptor, Sgnavio & Tableau.
- Partner closely with Stakeholders both regionally and globally to manage project deliverables and new initiatives.
- Participate in and lead progress status meetings at the operational and project management level stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with digital automation tools and experience in developing insights through data.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, & relationship management skills.
- Ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions; manage projects, evaluate & improve processes & present findings.
- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize their own work and that of the teams.
- Strong presentation skills in English both verbal & written with the ability to form solid relationships with different cultures and backgrounds.
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work independently as well within a team
- 1-3 years project management or business analyst preferred with a total of minimum 5 years of total work experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an innovative mindset to delivering solutions
- Experience in the Financial industry with a strong product (Payments, Futures & Options, OTC Derivatives, FX and Fixed Income) knowledge an **advantage**:

- Fluent English required; Portuguese and / or Spanish an **advantage**.
