About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
* Support cybersecurity initiatives and employee security awareness training.
* Document processes and create user guides.
Requirements
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
Working Hours and Location
Our standard working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST. The position is based remotely or on-site, depending on the requirements of the role and the needs of the organization.
