SUMMARY OF POSITION
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate KTO's relationship with digital marketing performance agencies in Brazil and abroad, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and performance metrics.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns focused on acquiring new players, with a focus on KPIs such as CPA (cost per acquisition) and FTD (First Deposit).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making by the performance area coordinator.
- Create briefings and control the delivery of campaign assets (banners, videos, etc.) in collaboration with the in-house design team.
- Negotiate and integrate new partners to enhance campaign performance and reach.
- Maintain an analytical focus on controlling performance indicators and pursuing targets.
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and working with performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with external partners.
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as CPA and FTD.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance analysis
- Full proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel and availability for business trips
