We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client relationships within assigned territories to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Presentation of reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaboration with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients contributing to the development of new products/services.

* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Experience and knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercial awareness of business for B2B and new business segments/models.
* Project management skills.
* Linguistic proficiency in English and Portuguese (Portuguese is preferred), Spanish as an asset.
