        Job Overview
As a Recruitment and Selection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the internal offer process, providing guidance to the hiring team on compensation and compliance, and navigating differences in offer content across various professions and countries.
This role involves being a point of contact for complex offers, consulting with Hiring Managers, HR, and Compensation teams on hiring decisions, compensation strategies, and ensuring that all candidate recruitment activity is recorded accurately in our Applicant Tracking System.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to break down and explain complex topics, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
