**Senior RPA Developer Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Senior RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the Automation Anywhere 360 platform and have hands-on experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, deploy and sustain end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360
* Build and maintain reusable bot components
* Integrate GenAI/ML, IDP, and APIs into automation workflows for enhanced functionality
* Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure best practices, security, and compliance in automation solutions
Key Requirements:
* Hands-on experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
* Experience in design, develop and debug complex automation workflows
About the Position:
The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from analysis to implementation. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts,
solution architects,and IT professionals,to automate complex business processes while ensuring high-quality,maintainable,and secure automation solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a consultative approach,a strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile (Scrum,Kanban),and excellent communication skills.
