Business Analyst - Product Designer
The Business Analyst - Product Designer plays a pivotal role in the design team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver high-impact features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. This role provides exposure to a suite of enterprise applications, focusing on Service Sales CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Process Assessment: Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Requirements Gathering: Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Functional Design: Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Sprint Planning: Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Test Planning: Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Product Demonstrations: Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users.
* Change Management: Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* A strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
