Lead Business Analyst Role
About this Leadership Position:
This is a senior leadership role where you will lead and mentor a team of analysts in creating business-focused content to enhance AI models. You will utilize your expertise in MBA-relevant domains to ensure the quality, accuracy, and alignment of the outputs with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and lead a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists to achieve high-quality results.
* Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and guarantee timely delivery while maintaining high standards.
* Conduct QA reviews, refine processes, and improve team efficiency through continuous evaluation and improvement.
* Provide performance feedback, training, and career development opportunities for personal growth and success.
* Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, sharing regular project updates and insights.
* Guide the creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content in finance, policy, e-commerce, and other relevant domains.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in team management with a focus on leadership and mentoring.
* 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused projects with a strong analytical and logical approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
* Proficiency in working with structured file formats such as TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and Markdown.
* Bonus: prior experience in LLM performance data, case study writing, or academic/research content can be beneficial.
* A full-time commitment (40 hours/week) with immediate start preferred.
