Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account role located in Sorocaba, SP. The Key Account professional will manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, develop strategies to drive customer satisfaction, and represent the company in negotiations. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, providing tailored solutions, monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The role requires regular reporting on account performance and identifying opportunities for business growth within assigned accounts.
Qualifications
* Expertise in automotive business OEM
* Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or sales roles
* Strong negotiation and customer service skills
* Excellent analytical abilities to assess customer needs and market trends
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both local language and English
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
* High level of organizational and time management skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Previous experience in the automotive or industrial sector will be a plus
