About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer to join our global engineering team. This position focuses on backend development — building and optimizing custom WordPress plugins, APIs, and integrations for large-scale, high-performance websites. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of WordPress internals, experience working with enterprise clients, and a strong understanding of scalable, maintainable code. Responsibilities Contribute to migration projects from enterprise CMS platforms to WordPress, especially newsroom/editorial systems. Design and implement content migration pipelines, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Work with editorial teams to map content models, taxonomies, and workflows into WordPress. Develop custom plugins and scripts to support large-scale content migrations.
