About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success & Account Lead to join our team. As a Client Success & Account Lead, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of eCommerce clients and ensuring their accounts are performing optimally.
Your key responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, managing client relationships and communication, and working closely with our Google Ads Strategists & Media Buyers to ensure campaigns are aligned with the client's goals.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* 3+ years of experience working with Google Ads for eCommerce brands (agency side preferred)
* Proven experience managing multiple client accounts at once
* Solid hands-on understanding of Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Pmax, remarketing (YouTube a plus)
* Familiarity with eCom KPIs: ROAS, MER, AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, etc.
* Strong English communication skills and ability to keep things simple and clear
* Proactive, solution-oriented, calm under pressure
