Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of motorcycle salespeople, monitoring individual and collective performance.
* Develop, along with management, action plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
* Support salespeople in strategic negotiations and proposal closures.
* Conduct training and alignment meetings with the team, reinforcing sales techniques and service standards.
* Ensure the application of commercial, financial, and marketing policies of the dealership.
* Monitor performance indicators (sales volume, average ticket, conversion rate, profit margin, etc.).
* Follow the market and competition, proposing competitiveness strategies.
* Maintain a close relationship with key clients, seeking loyalty.
* Report results and improvement opportunities to the Commercial Management.
Requirements
* Complete high school education (desirable higher education in Administration, Commercial Management or related areas).
* Prior experience in sales, preferably in the motorcycle, vehicle or durable goods segment.
* Experience in leading sales teams.
* Knowledge of negotiation techniques, people management, and commercial indicators.
* Domain of CRM tools and Office package.
* Good communication, proactivity, and focus on results.
