Supply Chain Data & Analytics Product Owner – Sr Manager
Job Description
You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on our business performance by supporting the data strategy and leading the development of custom models and algorithms. Working closely with business leadership, you will manage the vision and agenda for business analytics in your area.
How You Will Contribute
* Support stakeholders across portfolio through agile ROI/KPI initiatives that drive improvements
* Identify and incubate best-in‑class external partners to deliver projects
* Develop custom models and algorithms to uncover signals, patterns, and trends that drive long‑term business performance
* Support the data strategy—including data collection architecture, governance, and reporting infrastructure—in your area
* Build a professional and reliable analytics team
* Run the analytics program using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what analytics will deliver
What You Will Bring
* Ability to influence the business agenda and recommend to senior leaders
* Leadership experience in analytics practice roles
* Experience deploying new analytical approaches in a complex, highly matrixed organization
* Proficiency with analytics techniques that create business impact
* Proven people‑leadership experience
Education / Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics)
* 8+ years of experience in data and analytics roles within the CPG industry, focused on supply chain and procurement
* Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus
* Expertise in cloud‑based analytics solutions and DevOps practices
* Familiarity with cost‑to‑serve logistics metrics and integration with SAP and related systems
* Strong background in data governance, data quality, and driving analytics adoption across functions
Job Specific Requirements
* Develop and manage the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the MSC product, aligning with business objectives
* Oversee the full lifecycle of product delivery, managing cost, scope, and operational readiness
* Act as primary liaison among business and technical stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure success
* Drive ingestion, analysis, and governance of supply‑chain data to uncover actionable insights and optimize operations
* Lead integration of AI/ML capabilities—including predictive modeling and generative AI solutions—into product workflows
* Manage external partner and vendor relationships to ensure high‑quality development and compliance
* Champion agile practices for continuous delivery and scalability
* Build, inspire, and develop a high‑performing analytics team that delivers measurable business value
