Regional Supply Chain Integration Manager
1. Responsible for the cross-functional alignment and integration of the o9 Global core model at a regional / BU level, initially focusing on ECC / S4, APO GATP / PPDS, SAC, TGM, and Salesforce.
2. Provide the necessary functional and technical delivery expertise to address specific regional requirements identified through Fit-Gap analysis.
3. Collaborate with Global MDS teams to ensure the core model design is delivered consistently, minimizing regional customization.
4. Support Fit-Gap analysis and identify key market-specific technical and process nuances for implementation.
5. Provide program updates on status and progress in applicable governance forums.
6. Be accountable for delivering the regional plan, working with Global, Regional, and PMO teams to meet project milestones within core model principles.
7. Manage technical aspects of testing and cutover processes for the region.
8. Contribute regional functional input into Risk Impact Analysis, enabling risk mitigation related to technical aspects and project dependencies.
9. Partner with the extended regional MDS team (vendors/partners) to ensure technical readiness for related deliverables.
10. Work with regional business needs to ensure all requirements are thoroughly addressed and successfully closed from an MDS perspective.
11. Support regional change management strategies as needed for implementation.
12. Lead the regional integration team, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and clarity on milestones and deliverables.
13. Provide input to ensure adequate business contingency plans are in place, considering integration touchpoints.
14. Support project management deliverables, including TG/Sprints sign-off and risk mitigation plans.
15. Ensure delivery through close collaboration with internal MDS teams, e.g., DevOps.
16. Resource experience in supply chain demand planning, supply planning, and IBP.
