* Management role within the Global Solutions Team
* Technical leadership: Lead complex projects, provide suggestions, technical guidelines, and feedback to ensure quality, performance, and security
* Project Management: Ensure valuable deliveries, timelines, ceremonies, project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks
* People Management: Evaluations, IDP, feedback, 1:1, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Experience with software development
