This includes, but is not limited to, interactions with banks, fintech institutions, e-commerce marketplaces, and data providers, to establish stable and trustworthy relationships.Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to design competitive business models for the credit technology business in Brazil.
Identify and build barriers to entry and pathways for scalable growth, while being accountable for business input, output, and return on investment (ROI).Serve as a project manager to coordinate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, finance, product development, and R&D, to manage and execute local client projects.
Ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.Post-implementation, maintain strong client relationships and continually optimize key account traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates to maximize business value.Gain insights into the development trends of Brazilian industries, regulations, and the fintech landscape.
Develop an understanding of legal, privacy, compliance, and data security issues in target markets, customizing localized solutions and operational models accordingly. Required Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.At least 7 years of experience in the banking, fintech, or payment industry.Proven skills in partnership development, commercial negotiations, and contract implementation, with substantial experience or resources in these areas.
Meanwhile have basic understanding of financial products, credit risk management, P&L management and the R&D process.Strong business acumen and curiosity, with the ability to understand commercial principles and logic, demonstrate hypotheses using data, and maintain sensitivity to input and output.Native Portuguese speaker with a good command of English, required for coordination with counterparts and partners in Brazil and China.
Open to working in an international environment with different time zones.Knowledge of SaaS business and data products is a plus.
