Strategic Marketing Leader

\

We're looking for a results-driven Strategic Marketing Leader to champion our brand and drive growth in Brazil.

\

As a key member of our team, you'll lead the marketing playbook for Brazil, crafting brilliant digital campaigns and creating a buzz with local events.

\

You'll partner with the sales team to generate qualified leads and help them achieve their goals.

\

Key responsibilities will include:

\
\
1. Designing and launching creative campaigns to smash our lead gen goals and build our brand presence.
\
2. Partnering with our awesome sales team by hosting exclusive networking events, creating compelling sales materials, and being their go-to marketing partner to help close deals.
\
3. Developing and executing communication strategies to drive usage and guide leads through the conversion funnel.
\
4. Collaborating with the Product Marketing Manager to create and disseminate announcements for new product launches.
\
5. Handling reactive communications, such as changes to our Terms & Conditions, with clear, concise, and timely messaging.
\
6. Driving adoption and conversion through proactive, targeted messaging.
\
7. Managing critical communications to ensure seamless customer experiences.
\
8. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic marketing decisions.
\
9. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
\
10. Working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
\
11. Providing regular reporting and insights to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
\
12. Maintaining a deep understanding of our target audience and developing tailored marketing approaches to engage and convert them.
\
13. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
\
14. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer-facing teams.
\
15. Representing the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our brand and expertise.
\
16. Creating and sharing engaging content across multiple channels to build brand awareness and drive website traffic.
\
17. Managing budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
\
18. Staying organized and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
\
19. Embracing a culture of continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead of the curve.
\
20. Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
\
