Who You Are
* Student of Systems or related fields with basic knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX and/or VMware.
* Experience in maintenance or incident resolution for Windows, UNIX, or VMware.
* Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
* Schedule: 12x36 shift from 19:00 to 07:00.
What You'll Do
* Resolve and follow up on incidents.
* Escalate high-impact incidents.
* Monitor servers.
* Plan and execute changes.
* Participate in calls with clients and providers in Spanish and English.
* Coordinate with other teams.
* Generate technical documentation.
* Develop and execute automations (Ansible, PowerShell, Power Automate).
* Manage ServiceNow.
