AI SaaS Hiring Specialist Opportunity
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and engaging top-tier candidates for technical roles. This includes managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, utilizing best-in-class tools to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.
* Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for technical roles (mostly full stack Python developers)
* Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities
* Use best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement
* Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (uncapped commissions)
* Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates
Requirements
* Excellent English communication skills
* Proven experience in high-volume technical recruiting
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack
* Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously
