Citigroup Global Markets Brasil CCTVM (“CGMB”) is Citibank brokerage house in Brazil.
CGMB is hiring On-boarding Senior Analyst to work at Onboarding area. On-boarding area is a sensitive area because deals with Client’s information, Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Sanctions regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive physical and electronic client information for On-boarding purposes
- Analyses Client´s documentation
- Perform Sanctions / AML verification (First line of defense)
- Input / give maintenance of onboarding information at Sinacor
- Interact with Front-Office, Middle-Office, Back Office, Compliance and Legal teams providing information related with client database
**Qualifications**:
- 2 or more years of experience onboarding Institutional and INR clients
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Effective relationship management skills
- Expert level proficiency in Windows and MS Office Suite
- English skills
- Sinacor experience
- PQO Certification for On-boarding
- Microsoft Office (VBA is a plus)
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
