Main Objectives:

* To coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* To provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* To monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
* To identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
* To manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
About You:

As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment. Your excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese will enable you to build strong relationships with clients. A strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, is essential.
