Role Overview

This Senior Product Designer role requires a problem solver and learner with good taste in visual design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.

Main Responsibilities

* Define and lead the design experiences across three core products—web and mobile.
">
* Take ideas from concept to completion, conducting research and usability testing sessions to refine designs.

* Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.

* Help establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
">
">
Requirements
">
The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
">
* Fluent in English.
">
* Strong proficiency with Figma and ability to translate requirements and ideas into simple design solutions.
">
* Experience designing for similar users preferred (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals).
">
">
Work Environment
">
The team is distributed, but generally located in North and South America (United States and Brazil). Work hours are flexible, but there are regular meetings expected to attend.
">
The team relies heavily on Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion for collaboration.
">
Though the role is full-time, compensation will be as a contractor.
">
To enable this, the company will work with individuals who already have a company set up in Brazil or help set up a company in order to be compensated.

Interview Process

* Project: Spend 2 hours on a small project, presenting it during a 1-hour interview with leadership.
