Main Responsibilities:
1. Support ObenCard operations in stores, aiding sales strategies, guiding team members, promoting campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Monitor promoter results, providing feedback on performance and sales as needed.
3. Assist in communicating with promoter teams about ObenCard products and services, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.
4. Help ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and clarification of doubts.
5. Conduct periodic store visits to support teams, identify business opportunities, and assist in training and development.
6. Support store units in achieving targets through daily operational guidance focusing on approach and sales of ObenCard.
Challenges:
1. Assist in continuous process improvement and team engagement.
2. Contribute to expanding the customer base and company results.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in customer service or sales: at least 6 months.
2. Educational background: High school diploma or pursuing higher education.
3. Desirable: Knowledge in financial markets, retail, and financial products.
4. Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate level).
