Business Development Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying B2B leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and customer satisfaction;
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets;
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry;
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions;
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in Business Sales / Outbound reach;
* Fluent English (C1+) – clear, natural communication in meetings;
* Familiar with SPIN Selling, BANT, or other sales frameworks;
* Tech-savvy, organized, multitasker, and highly reliable;
* Comfortable working under goals and fast-paced environments.
