* Being active in the global Tech and Startup Community to represent our brand and establish a strong network.
* Keeping track of customer satisfaction and ensuring customer success.
* Acquiring employers looking for tech talent to our platform.
* Generating own leads.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environments.
* Experience and network in the HR/Recruiting Industry.
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written).
* A proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills.
* The ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
* Capable of identifying business opportunities and market gaps.
* Ambition to stay and grow with the company long-term, focusing on expanding our client base.
* A flair for sales and negotiation.
* An understanding of Recruitment.
* A LinkedIn account.
* Strong communication skills and a personable approach.
