Key Responsabilities
Identify and acquire new clients aligned with DevOps and Cloud solutions.
Develop and executeoutreach strategiesvia LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
Qualify leads and manage thesales pipelineto ensure effective conversions.
Conduct sales presentations and advise clients on DevOps and Solution Architecture services.
Negotiate and close deals, establishing long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with customer needs.
UtilizeCRM toolsto track sales opportunities and provide reporting.
Must-Have Requirements
2+ years of experienceinB2B technology sales, ideally in DevOps, Cloud, or SaaS solutions for startups.
100% Hunter mindset: proven track record in active prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
Ability to sellconsulting servicesto CTOs, founders, and tech teams.
Proficiency inconsultative sales methodologies(e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) with successful high-value contract closures.
Understanding of thestartup ecosystemand its technological needs.
Experience usingprospecting toolslike LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar.
Strongautonomyto design sales strategies and deliver results without micromanagement.
Fluent Englishis required for both written and spoken communication to effectively engage with global clients.Proficiency in additional languages is a plusand can enhance relationship-building and market expansion.
Results-driven and excellent negotiation skills.
