We're Hiring: Junior Lawyer (Paralegal) – Corporate | AmericasIn Lawyers On Demand (LOD), a Consilio Company, we are hiring a Junior Lawyer (Paralegal) to join one of our client's Corporate Legal teams in the Americas region.Location: São Paulo, BrazilAbout the RoleYou will support the corporate governance, compliance, and legal operations of multiple entities across the region. This position is ideal for someone early in their legal career who wants hands-on exposure to international corporate work and cross-border transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review corporate documents, including entity formation materials, board/shareholder meeting minutes, and compliance records.Support business license renewals, registrations, board and personnel changes, and powers of attorney.Coordinate with regional/global Finance teams to ensure compliance with local financial statement requirements and maintain annual compliance calendars.Maintain and organize legal filing systems (paper & digital), including archiving and legal entity records.Respond to internal queries on corporate governance and documentation needs in a proactive and professional manner.Assist with complex, multi-party transactions and liaise with external counsel and corporate secretaries.Support process improvements within the Legal function.Skills & Competencies Advanced English proficiency is a must Corporate governance & documentation draftingLegal research, legal writing, and case managementLOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
