About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Engineer who will spearhead our web application development. This is a high-profile opportunity for someone to drive architectural decisions, shape technical direction, and contribute meaningfully to our team's success.
* Develop high-quality, scalable web applications using TypeScript + Next.js
* Maintain and improve existing systems, driving growth and expansion
* Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ship impactful features efficiently
* Share expertise and mentor junior/intermediate engineers, enhancing code quality and promoting knowledge sharing
* Design integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors, ensuring seamless data exchange
* Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across the stack
Achieving this goal requires:
* At least 5 years of experience in developing and scaling web applications
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React, with strong understanding of software architecture principles
* Significant experience working with MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and AWS/GCP, or other cloud providers
* Strong communication skills, capable of thriving in a remote work environment
* Bonus: Proficiency in Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, or experience in fintech/lending domains
