Regional Supply Chain Integration Manager
The Regional Supply Chain Integration Manager is responsible for the cross-functional alignment and integration of the o9 Global core model at a regional/business unit level. This includes initial focus on ECC / S4, APO GATP / PPDS, SAC, TGM, and Salesforce.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing functional and technical delivery expertise to address specific regional requirements identified through Fit-Gap analysis.
2. Collaborating with Global MDS teams to ensure consistent core model design, avoiding regional customization.
3. Supporting Fit-Gap analysis and identifying key market-specific technical and process nuances for implementation.
4. Providing program updates on status and progress in program governance forums.
5. Delivering regional plans by working with Global, Regional, and PMO teams to meet project milestones within core model principles.
6. Managing technical aspects of testing and cutover processes for the region.
7. Contributing regional functional input to Risk Impact Analysis, facilitating risk mitigation related to technical aspects and project dependencies.
8. Partnering with the regional MDS team, vendors, and partners to ensure technical readiness for deliverables.
9. Working with regional business units to thoroughly understand and close requirements from an MDS perspective.
10. Supporting regional change management strategies for implementation.
11. Leading the regional integration team, ensuring resource allocation and clarity on milestones and deliverables.
12. Providing input on contingency plans, focusing on integration touchpoints.
13. Supporting project management deliverables, including sign-offs and risk mitigation plans.
14. Ensuring delivery through collaboration with internal MDS teams such as DevOps.
15. Applying supply chain demand planning, supply planning, and IBP experience resources.
