* Technical Evaluation: Conduct in-depth technical evaluations to assess candidate skills and competencies
* Recruitment Process Management: Manage full-cycle recruitment assignments, from initial screening to final selection
* Candidate Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
* Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and delivering results-driven solutions
Requirements:
* Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems, and strong understanding of IT industry trends
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
* Teamwork: Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
